The application
You can apply the No Make-up Instant Blur Primer directly to a freshly washed face. Use a make-up applicator and spread the product well. The primer is free from mineral oils and parabens and offers a visible effect thanks to its special active ingredient. You can apply the very fine and transparent compact powder to the skin of the face over the foundation to set the make-up.
