The Revlon Professional Smooth Iron Guard Protective Straightening Balm from the Style Master range is a protective straightening balm that protects the hair from heat from straighteners and blow dryers and temporarily straightens. The balm has been specially developed for women with thick and unruly, curly hair who want to straighten their hair temporarily but don't want to give up movement. The Smooth Iron Guard reliably controls stubborn and unruly hair and gives the hair glorious smoothness and a great shine. At the same time, the hair is given long-lasting protection against frizz. Despite its intensive smoothing effect, the balm does not weigh hair down or make it sticky and gives hair a wonderfully silky feel.

Application tips for the Revlon Professional - Protective Straightening Balm

The Style Master Straightening Balm is applied to towel-dried hair after shampooing. A walnut-sized amount is sufficient to straighten long hair. The hair should be combed through with a comb so that the product is evenly distributed in the hair. The balm is not washed out and you can start styling immediately with a hairdryer and straightener.

Heat protection should be applied before every use of heat styling tools, be it a crepe iron, straightener, curling iron, hairdryer or hot round brush. After shampooing, spray the heat protection onto towel-dried hair from a maximum distance of 30 centimetres. Make sure that you apply a sufficient amount of the spray to your hair. However, you can use the heat protection not only on wet hair, you should also apply it to dry hair before heat styling.
