I had a sample of the set in the advent calendar. Terrible. Although the serum has a pleasant consistency, it doesn't absorb well and is slightly sticky. The cream has a consistency like Vaseline. It is also sticky and not absorbed. However, I didn't use the products in combination. That would have been too much. I would have just felt covered in paste.
