The eye pencil from T.LeClerc's eye range is easy to apply and smudge thanks to its delicate, soft texture. Without mineral oils, the pencil is very soft and easy to apply and draws a beautiful eyeliner or eyeliner line, it is easy to smudge and is therefore very suitable for smokey eyes.
Use
Apply the eyeliner pencil as an eyeliner along the upper lash line. To visually lengthen the eyes and make them look more almond-shaped, strengthen the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye. Gently lift the eyelid and draw a V where the upper and lower lash lines meet. For a smokey-eye, blend the eyeliner on the upper eyelid with your finger or the PIN6 brush, then apply the liner to the lower lash line. For an oriental look, apply the colour "Noir Parisien" to the waterline.
