Precise eyeliner is the highlight that elevates eye make-up from subtle emphasising to artful and intense eye-catcher. Unfortunately, many people shy away from it. The risk of smudging and uneven lines seems too high. The Noir Precision eyeliner from T. LeClerc solves this problem simply, skilfully and professionally. Thanks to the special precision felt tip, the smooth, creamy texture is applied evenly, reliably and precisely. A single stroke is enough to achieve the desired result. The intensive pigmentation is also responsible for this. But the benefits don't stop there.

In addition to the special tip, the make-up for the eyes offers a secure hold in two ways. The handle is ergonomically shaped to guarantee a secure line. The formula covers and dries quickly, preventing smudging. It also enables an even application and thus prevents corrections. Suitable for the upper, lower, outer and inner lid edges, the eyeliner can also be used to accentuate the water lines. The high, tested compatibility offers comprehensive safety and reliable wearing comfort.

Wipe the tip of the eyeliner brush with the back of your hand before applying to check how the colour is applied. For a natural look, apply the eyeliner along the upper lash line while gently lifting the skin of your eyelids. For a more sophisticated finish, apply small dabs of eyeliner to the outer corner of the eye and blend with a wet & dry eyeshadow in a similar colour. To keep the line as straight as possible, gently pull the outer corner of the lid towards the temple as you apply the product.
