The Extrait de Parfum Arethusa by Tiziana Terenzi delights with the Mediterranean scent of Sicily. With its precious extracts, it captures the Italian attitude to life, conveying an intermezzo of pleasure and joie de vivre. Impressions of precious woods from the maquis and wild flowers stimulate the imagination. The fragrance of Arethusa leaves a sensual and impressive memory of odours on the periphery that are normally barely perceived. The idea to create this extrait de parfum came to Tiziana Terenzi on a summer night under a beacon by the sea, while friends sang and played guitar to create a relaxed atmosphere.

Essences of wild flowers, juicy fruits and Mediterranean woods are captured in the precious extracts. Spices from Syracuse and the Ortigia peninsula off the coast provide additional accents that are typical of the region and have made it famous. The top notes of Arethusa are enlivened by fresh aromas of ginger, jasmine and fig, combined with invigorating impressions of orange, pink grapefruit and artemisia. At the heart, the extrait de parfum seduces with softer notes of saffron, rose, sandalwood, heather and pomegranate, before the base rounds off the fragrance by Tiziana Terenzi with oleander, broom, labdanum, patchouli and vetiver.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
