The Pore Refining Serum Drops from Weleda were developed to refine the skin's appearance. The composition combines vitamin C, vitamin E and fermented cranberry extracts. Together, the formulation can refine the appearance of pores and contribute to a smoother skin surface. The skin texture can appear smoother as a result.
