Weleda Health Care Arnica Jelly proves to be a real miracle weapon for blunt injuries of all kinds - including strains, bruises, contusions and haematomas. The cooling jelly can be easily applied to the affected areas of skin for these and similar injuries to provide relief from the very first application. It is also excellent for travelling or as a companion during sport as well as in all other situations in life where the use of compresses with arnica essence would be too time-consuming. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, Weleda Health Care Arnica Jelly should be applied to the affected areas around 3 to 5 times a day. To do this, simply massage into the skin in small, circular movements until the jelly is completely absorbed. If you experience any side effects, please consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately.
