Lip oil is the perfect choice to give chapped and cracked lips intense moisture and a smooth, soft finish. However, there is a trick to using lip oil. First, apply a lip balm with hydrating ingredients or a moisturiser to the lips. You can then apply the lip oil to your lips using an applicator or rollerball.
