An even base is the key to successful eye make-up. ARTDECO’s Mineral Eyeshadow Base Sensitive perfectly prepares the eye area for the eyeshadow to be applied. Its creamy texture is easy to apply and creates a neutral base. This allows the colour of the eyeshadow to appear more intense and look more even. The formula is designed to minimise pigment settling in the crease and extend the wear of the eye make-up. It contains vitamin E and bisabolol. The waterproof primer is free from parabens, perfume and silicones. The minimalist design of the tube in glossy black with white lettering emphasises the clear and focused character of the product.

Eyeshadow primer is available in a tin, a tube or a bottle with an integrated applicator. However, the application of the individual products differs only slightly. Apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer to the eyelid from the base of the eyelashes to the eyebrows. Use the applicator or your finger to apply the primer. Allow the primer to dry thoroughly before applying the eyeshadow and other eye make-up. If you want to create smokey eyes or use an eyeliner, we recommend applying a small amount of eyeshadow primer under the eye. Primers can be used on practically any skin tone due to their neutral colour nuance.
