ARTDECO’s Soft Eye Liner Waterproof stands out thanks to its extremely long-lasting formula. Thanks to its pleasantly creamy texture, the pencil glides smoothly over the skin, allowing for easy and precise application to create a defined eyeliner line. Once dry, the texture is smudge-proof and waterproof, ensuring reliable hold. The wax-based formula is enriched with natural antioxidants and vitamin E. Furthermore, the eye contour pencil is vegan and free from perfume, mineral oil, parabens and talc. Its skin-friendliness has been dermatologically confirmed and the pencil is suitable for contact lens wearers.

According to the eye shape, apply along the outer eye contour. After using, thoroughly close the pencil in order to preserve a soft and supple lead. For sharpening, we recommend the Sharpener (No. 4990).
