For a precise eyeliner stroke, ARTDECO’s High Precision Liquid Liner offers a well-designed solution. The liquid eyeliner comes in a practical pen-style design that makes it easy to use. Its tip consists of fine, flexible individual fibres that together form a brush. This allows you to draw precise, fine lines and helps you create a variety of looks. The formula contains intense colour pigments that ensure a rich, deep black finish. The liner is characterised by its long-lasting texture. It is formulated without perfume, silicones, palm oil or talc. The composition is designed so that it can also be used by contact lens wearers.

Applying an eyeliner requires a little dexterity and good preparation. For optimum results, prime your eyelid beforehand with a primer or a light-coloured eyeshadow. It is particularly difficult to draw the eyeliner line without any smudges during the first few applications. It is therefore advisable to place small dots on the lash line and then connect them together. Pull the upper eyelid slightly upwards with the finger of the other hand and apply dots or the entire eyeliner line as close to the lash line as possible. After application, keep the eyelid closed for a few seconds to allow the eyeliner to dry. You can then make corrections with a cotton bud and eye make-up remover.
