The Eyeliner Bi-Liner Dual-Ended Gel Pencil from Morphe comes in two colours and two finish options. Matt or metallic? Whatever you like and makes your make-up an eye-catcher is allowed. The smooth texture and formula with natural waxes also offers a long hold and high resistance. Thanks to the high pigment density, the gel pencil impresses with surprising colour intensity and easy application. It glides over the skin and is just as suitable for accurate and delicate lines as it is for feathered feathering and smoky effects. It does not smudge, fade or smear and is waterproof - ideal for everyday wear, clubs and all weathers.
