AHAVA's Natural Dead Sea Body Mud is a body mud that contains Dead Sea minerals to perfectly yet gently cleanse the skin. Oil, dirt, toxins and dead skin cells are removed to reveal rejuvenated and cleansed skin.
Use
Spread generously over the entire body, avoiding open wounds. Leave on for 7 to 15 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. For deep relaxation in sore muscles and joints, heat the mud pack in a pan of hot water or in the microwave for two minutes at medium heat (if using a microwave, open the bag before heating). CAUTION: Check the temperature before applying to the skin.
