An olfactory composition by renowned perfumer Annick Menardo has enriched Amouage's Main Collection since 2020. Overture Woman Eau de Parfum Spray is a fragrance with a strong character that surprises with an unusual and multi-faceted opening. The top note combines fresh bergamot and spicy saffron with a striking apple accord that is olfactorily reminiscent of calvados. This lively opening is complemented by subtle nuances of brandy, giving the arrangement a cocktail-like yet elegant note. As the fragrance develops, a complex heart unfolds, in which floral tones of rose centifolia and geranium harmoniously combine with the resinous notes of myrrh and benzoin. A pinch of cinnamon provides a subtle, spicy rounding at this point. The foundation of this creation is a smoky and leathery base that lends depth to the eau de parfum. This is where pyrogenic incense resin and labdanum meet an intense leather accord, which ensures a long-lasting presence and a clear sillage. The high-quality bottle emphasises the material quality of the contents with its weighty, magnetic cap. This fragrance is particularly appealing to lovers of deep, vintage-inspired compositions who appreciate a certain diffusivity.

Put a splash on your finger or a cotton bud and dab it on the earlobes, temples, wrists, bends of the knees, décolleté, ankles and inside of the elbows.
Apply drops of oil behind the ears, on the wrists, the ends of the hair or clothing.
Parfum Roll-on is applied to the wrists, neck, décolleté, back of the knees and inside of the elbows.
