Apply the transparent eyebrow gel to the eyebrows with short upward strokes to lift them and make them appear thicker (stroke each eyebrow 5-6 times). The transparent eyebrow gel can be applied to the eyebrows as a final layer. This gel can also be used just for combing the eyebrows and fixing the hairs. The transparent eyebrow gel is intended for the final step of eyebrow make-up.
