Gentle cleansing and the power of plant extracts are at the heart of the Botanical Repair Strengthening Shampoo. The formula features a rich blend of avocado oil, sacha inchi oil and green tea oil to thoroughly remove impurities, sebum and build-up. At the same time, it helps to strengthen the hair structure whilst utilising ‘plant-powered damage repair’ technology. Designed for all hair types and textures, the product can also be used on coloured or chemically treated hair. The formulation is strictly free from silicones, parabens, mineral oil and sulphate-based cleansers. A distinctive feature is the ‘pure-fume’ fragrance, which exudes notes of certified organic ylang-ylang, rose and marjoram. 94 per cent of the formula consists of naturally derived ingredients, and the Aveda brand places great emphasis on vegan and cruelty-free production.
