For skin types prone to shine, the Botanical Kinetics Oil Control Lotion offers a balancing approach. Specifically designed for normal to oily skin types, this lightweight skincare product focuses on striking a balance between mattifying and moisturising. Excess surface oil is absorbed by the formula, which can leave the skin feeling less oily. Ingredients such as salicylic acid and tamanu oil are used to this end. With regular use, the appearance of pores can be visibly refined. A matt finish often appears immediately after application, without the skin feeling weighed down. Dermatological tests confirm the cream’s non-comedogenic properties. The application is accompanied by the brand’s signature fragrance, whilst the green tube emphasises its botanical character.

Apply your moisturiser directly after thoroughly cleansing your face. The pores are wide open and the skin can absorb the cream and its valuable ingredients better. To do this, take a hazelnut-sized amount on your fingertips and start massaging in on the chin. Then work your way outwards and stroke upwards. This promotes blood circulation to the skin. To care for the eyes, apply the moisturiser under and over the eyelid. Gently pat the cream in with your ring finger. Do not use too much moisturiser for facial care. Large amounts are not absorbed by the skin and can clog the pores.
