Ensure that the hair is clean, dry and free of tangles. Allow the Professional Cordless Straightener to heat up for 30 seconds. Use a heat protection spray beforehand. Then place a section of hair between the plates, close to the roots, and press firmly, holding the hair firmly between the plates, maintaining the same tension and running the straightener along the length of the hair from the base to the tip. Release the pressure from the handles and allow the hair to slide out. Allow the hair to cool before combing through.
