Spray the body spray onto the entire body from a distance of five centimetres, avoiding the face. Some of the products can even be used on the hair. For an extra dose of freshness, you can keep the body spray in the fridge overnight on hot summer days and refresh yourself at any time. After around two to three hours, the fragrance will have evaporated.
