The Daily Skin Health PreCleanse from Dermalogica is the first step in a double cleansing routine. As an oil-based cleanser, it removes make-up, sunscreen and oily deposits from the skin's surface. The formula is designed for all skin conditions and is also suitable for skin prone to oiliness. It contains olive oil, vitamin E and borage seed oil, among other ingredients. Applied to a dry face, the oil transforms into a milky emulsion on contact with moistened hands. This can then be easily rinsed off with lukewarm water, leaving an ideal base for the subsequent cleanser. This prepares the skin perfectly for the second cleansing step, which is tailored to the individual skin condition.

Apply PreCleanse to dry hands. Massage over the dry face (eye area also possible) to dissolve superficial oil and oily impurities. Concentrate on areas with underlayers or stubborn dirt. Then moisten hands and continue massaging to create a milky emulsion. Remove PreCleanse with lukewarm water.
