Immediately after the first application with the BABOR Cleansing Soothing Rose Toner, the complexion appears more even and the skin more rested. It also lays the foundation for your future skincare regime. Please note that you should always use the liquid toner before a moisturiser, as the skin is always layered from the thinnest to the thickest active ingredient. You can use the skin care toner both in the morning and in the evening, but always only on previously cleansed skin. We recommend dripping generously onto a cotton pad, but you can also apply the toner with clean fingers.
