The Curls Up curling iron from Efalock Professional was developed for the precise shaping of curls and waves. Its ceramic-coated heating element ensures even heat distribution during styling. The temperature can be digitally adjusted in 10-degree increments and reaches up to 210 °C, allowing it to be adapted to different hair textures. The tip of the appliance is heat-insulated for safe handling. A foldable stand allows the hot curling iron to be stored safely. The 3 metre long cable with 360° swivel joint also offers a large radius of movement. Available in different diameters, from 11 mm for defined curls to 32 mm for softer waves, you can find the right appliance for the look you want.

Apply a heat protection spray throughout the hair and brush through well. Remember that your hair must be dry before you put it on the curling iron. If the hair is damp or even wet, it can burn. If your curling iron has a temperature control, select the right temperature for your hair type. For fine hair, this is 160 to 180 degrees, thick hair can withstand temperatures of 180 to 220 degrees.

Section the hair. It is important to put the top hair up, as you will start twisting the curls from the bottom. Divide the rest of the hair into smaller sections to make your work easier. Now you can begin: Make sure you wind strands of the same thickness onto the curling iron to achieve an even result.

Pinch the strand at the tip and twist it onto the curling iron. Hold the curl in this position for around 10 to 20 seconds.

Leave the curl to cool in your hand. For a more casual look, you can simply shake or comb through the hair at the end.

Set the result with hairspray or mousse. Use a special curl cream to add definition to your curls.
