The ghd rise™ hot brush is a volumising hot brush specifically designed to create fullness, bounce and long-lasting volume. Its 32mm wide heating wand is ideal for styling versatile looks, from soft waves to voluminous styles from root to tip. The advanced Ultra-Zone™ technology works inside the appliance. An Infinity sensor continuously monitors the temperature and ensures a constant heat of 185 °C over the entire surface of the heating rod. Apply a heat protection spray throughout the hair and brush through well. Remember that your hair must be dry before you put it on the curling iron. If the hair is damp or even wet, it can burn. If your curling iron has a temperature control, select the right temperature for your hair type. For fine hair, this is 160 to 180 degrees, thick hair can withstand temperatures of 180 to 220 degrees.

Section the hair. It is important to put the top hair up, as you will start twisting the curls from the bottom. Divide the rest of the hair into smaller sections to make your work easier. Now you can begin: Make sure you wind strands of the same thickness onto the curling iron to achieve an even result.

Pinch the strand at the tip and twist it onto the curling iron. Hold the curl in this position for around 10 to 20 seconds.

Leave the curl to cool in your hand. For a more casual look, you can simply shake or comb through the hair at the end.

Set the result with hairspray or mousse. Use a special curl cream to add definition to your curls.
