How to create the perfect eyeliner? The eyeliner does not have to be drawn in one go: You can also draw individual dots along the lash line first and then connect them afterwards. Or you can start by drawing half an eyeliner line from the centre of the eyelid outwards and then draw the second half from the inside to the centre.
