Application For perfect cleansing, shake the bottle vigorously and soak a cotton pad generously with Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1. Then gently wipe the pad over your face, eyes and lips. The facial care is non-greasy and does not require rubbing or rinsing.
