Initially specialising in exquisite perfumes, Guerlain has also long been dedicated to exclusive cosmetics. The company, which has existed since 1828, has an exciting tradition. The company founder Pierre-François Pascal Guerlain was allowed to call himself court perfumer. He created a unique perfume with which he won over Empress Eugénie on the occasion of her marriage to Napeleon III. The queens of Spain were also enthusiastic customers. Four generations of the family dedicated their knowledge and expertise to the company before it became an international corporation.
