This demi-permanent colourant is based on a special hybrid foam technology that combines the ease of use of a foam with the aesthetic results of an oxidative treatment. Specially developed colour pigments are designed to gently tone down grey areas rather than covering them completely and conspicuously, thereby preserving the hair’s natural character. Thanks to the integrated Tone Guard technology, the colour tone remains consistently cool and masculine. This effectively prevents the development of unnatural, reddish or warm highlights as the shade fades. The formula is ammonia-free and requires only a five-minute processing time at the washbasin to create a fresher look. As the colour washes out evenly and transparently, there are no harsh roots or a ‘helmet effect’, which enhances the visual impression of fullness and naturalness. For professional application, the contents of the 20 ml vial – such as shade 5CA Cool Ash Light Brown – are mixed in a 1:1 ratio with the separately available developer concentrate and applied directly.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
