Manic Panic’s High Voltage Classic hair colour in the shade ‘Vampire Red’ delivers an intense colour. This semi-permanent dye gives the hair a deep, blood-red shade with burgundy undertones. The ready-to-use formula contains no peroxide and can be applied straight from the resealable pot. On pre-lightened hair, the colour produces particularly vibrant results, whilst on darker, untreated hair it creates subtle highlights. The colour gradually washes out over time. Developed by Tish & Snooky’s, the brand is synonymous with creative and expressive hair colours. Their formulas are vegan and have been developed without animal testing.
