Manic Panic’s High Voltage Classic Rockabilly Blue semi-permanent hair colour delivers a striking shade. Its creamy texture allows for easy and even application directly onto the hair. Designed to achieve the best results on pre-lightened hair, the formula delivers an intense blue shade. As a direct-application colour, it requires no developer and gradually washes out of the hair. The vegan formula deliberately avoids the use of ingredients of animal origin. The 118 ml tub goes a long way and, depending on hair length and thickness, is sufficient for one or more applications.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
