Manic Panic’s High Voltage Classic Rockabilly Blue semi-permanent hair colour delivers a striking shade. Its creamy texture allows for easy and even application directly onto the hair. Designed to achieve the best results on pre-lightened hair, the formula delivers an intense blue shade. As a direct-application colour, it requires no developer and gradually washes out of the hair.
