Manic Panic High Voltage Classic Cleo Rose

A warm, vibrant pink with subtle magenta undertones characterises the Cleo Rose shade from Manic Panic’s well-known High Voltage Classic range. This instant-effect, semi-permanent colour offers the opportunity to create individual looks, with the full vibrancy of the pigments being particularly visible on pre-bleached hair at level 8 or lighter. On darker, untreated hair, however, a more subtle, rosy sheen may result. Application is straightforward, as the colour cream is ready to use and requires no mixing with developer. A key feature of the formula is the complete absence of animal-derived ingredients and PPD, making this colour a vegan and cruelty-free option. Whilst the colour is left on, the creamy consistency can help to condition the hair, leaving it feeling soft and supple after rinsing. The colour gradually washes out over a period of around four to six weeks, allowing for regular colour changes. The resealable jar also makes it easy to store any leftover product for later touch-ups.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
