The BlondorPlex 9 bleaching powder from Wella offers professional and precise bleaching and is gentle on the hair thanks to modern Plex technology. In the past, those who valued bleached hair had to manage the classic balancing act between healthy and coloured hair. Because the higher the degree of bleaching, the greater the strain on the hair. With BlondorPlex 9 bleaching powder, however, this stress can be easily avoided. The Plex technologies support the hair bridges between the fibres of the hair, which are crucial for strength and resistance. By combining blonding and Plex technology, Wella creates the basis for more than 95 per cent less hair damage than when using bleaching without these technologies.

Nine levels of lightening

BlondorPlex 9 bleaching powder creates effortless and quick bleaching on demand. The powder is also considered good to use when users want to bleach hair that is dark in colour. This is why this bleaching powder is considered perfect for transformations. The formula of the bleaching powder has been cleverly developed by the Wella professionals and even avoids yellowing. Decisive criteria for success are the precise application according to the instructions on the pack and, of course, the right products, which are specially designed for bleached hair. By the way: The high-quality and gentle bleaching powder is vegan.

Mix Blondor Plex9 powder with Welloxon Perfect cream oxide depending on the desired lightening.
Cream Oxide.
Apply evenly to unwashed hair and check the process every 5-10 minutes.

IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH THE HEAD SKIN, USE AT LEAST A 6% (20 vol) DEVELOPER. DO NOT MIX 1:1 WITH THE DEVELOPER. DO NOT USE A HEAT SOURCE. CAUTION: Read instructions and directions carefully. Failure to do so may result in severe chemical burns. If the product reacts during application (for example, if foam or vapour forms or the lightener becomes hot), discontinue use. Rinse the hair with lukewarm water and advise the client to consult a doctor if necessary. WARNING: THE PRODUCT MAY CAUSE SKIN IRRITATION AND/OR AN ALLERGIC REACTION IN SOME PEOPLE. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT IF YOUR CUSTOMER: - HAS A RASH ON THE FACE OR IF THE SCALP IS SENSITIVE, IRRITATED OR INJURED, - HAS PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED A REACTION AFTER LIGHTENING. Keep the packaging with the warnings in case your client has a reaction. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: IF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES THE FOLLOWING DURING APPLICATION: - Itching, burning and/or redness, rinse the product immediately and discontinue use as this may indicate a serious reaction. DO NOT BLONDE the hair any more and ask the customer to contact a doctor or seek medical advice. - If the customer experiences a rapidly spreading redness, dizziness or weakness, shortness of breath and/or swelling of the eye/face area, rinse the product immediately ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. IF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS AFTER APPLICATION OR IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS, such as itching, rash, swelling of the eyes and face, blistering and/or weeping of the skin/scalp, ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. PRECAUTIONS: Do not leave the customer unattended and check the hair regularly. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately. If the customer is wearing contact lenses during application and product gets into the eyes, first remove contact lenses, then rinse eyes with plenty of lukewarm water and seek medical advice. Do not use to colour eyelashes or eyebrows or other parts of the body. Do not use if the scalp is irritated or injured. Do not shampoo the hair directly before bleaching. If there is a build-up effect on the hair, shampoo the hair one day before bleaching. Do not perm or straighten immediately before and after bleaching. Avoid dust formation when using the lightener and do not inhale or ingest the product. Only prepare and apply the product in a well-ventilated room. If breathing difficulties occur, move to fresh air. Wear suitable gloves. Avoid unnecessary skin contact. Rinse off splashes of product on skin and clothing immediately. Use the mixture immediately and do not exceed the specified exposure time. Rinse hair well after use. Do not use if hair has previously been coloured with henna or metallic salts. Remove all metal objects before use and do not use any during use. Do not use a metal bowl/stirrer for mixing. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.
