After mixing Welloxon Perfect 1.9%, the colour can be applied precisely to the hair. The developer is offered by Wella for professional use in hairdressing salons in the large 1-litre bottle. The developer, which is also available in concentrations of 6, 9 and 12 per cent, can be used for lightening with Blondor and for highlights with Magma. Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
