Manic Panic High Voltage Classic Venus Envy

The Venus Envy shade from Manic Panic’s High Voltage Classic range features a deep, neutral green tone. This semi-permanent colour has been specially developed to achieve a rich colour result on bleached hair, although the intensity may vary depending on hair type. The formula is strictly free from animal-derived ingredients and was developed without animal testing, as confirmed by the vegan label on the green plastic container. A distinctive feature of the European version is the enriched formula, which contains over 30 per cent more pigments than the original Classic range to ensure long-lasting vibrancy. Users benefit from ease of use, as the colour cream comes ready-to-use in a 118 ml pot and does not require mixing with oxidising agents. Ingredients such as PPD, parabens, ammonia, resorcinol, phthalates and gluten have been deliberately excluded to ensure gentle application. Over a period of around four to six weeks, the colour gradually washes out, whilst the dark green shade remains visible for a long time. During the colouring process, the creamy consistency helps to condition the hair without chemically damaging its structure.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
