Vegan and made without animal testing For average hair thickness, you should use one Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kit 40 Volume for every 10 centimetres of hair length to achieve even bleaching for your hair. Mix the bleaching powder and the cream developer in the mixing cup provided and apply the product to your hair with the brush. The set also includes gloves and a hair cap to protect the hair during the process. Check the condition of the hair every 10 minutes to achieve the desired level of lightening and match the colour tone.

Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for persons under 16 years of age. Keep the bleaching powder sachet closed until it is used. Contains ammonia. CREAM DEVELOPER: Wear suitable gloves. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product gets into eyes. For best results, have a friend help you with the application.
