A cool, vibrant blue characterises the Blue Moon shade from Manic Panic’s High Voltage Classic range. The vegan formula was developed without animal testing and utilises ingredients that help to protect the hair during the colouring process. To achieve the full radiance of this true blue shade, it is advisable to apply it to pre-bleached hair at level 9 or 10, as darker base colours may alter the appearance of the result or make it appear darker. On properly prepared hair, the colour typically lasts for 4 to 6 weeks, with the shade fading gently with each wash. Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
