Micronised talc forms the basis for a light and even application of this transparent setting powder. Bell's HYPOAllergenic Fixing Mat Powder is designed to set make-up without changing the colour of the foundation underneath. Excess sebum is absorbed by the fine texture, which can lead to a matt appearance. Visually, fine lines and small irregularities can fade into the background thanks to a soft-focus effect. This does not create a mask-like impression or an undesirable "cakey" effect, as the powder melts into the skin and leaves a velvety finish. The formulation contains derivatives of vitamin C and E, among others. Due to its transparent nature, the product can be used universally on different skin tones. The firmly pressed powder comes in a square tin, which makes it easy to remove.
