It does not clump and can be built up piece by piece by applying it several times. HYPOAllergenic make-up is extremely gentle as it only consists of selected ingredients. Regardless of the brush shape, mascara is applied from the lash line outwards in a slight zigzag motion. The lashes on the upper eyelid are brushed from bottom to top, the lashes on the lower eyelid from the lash line downwards.
