The top note of Houbigant Figuier Noir Eau de Parfum Spray features the aforementioned fig leaves from the fig tree. Their fragrance accords are extremely striking, especially as they are rounded off by cloves, cardamom and black pepper in a spicy, tart way. The result is a very masculine top note, which is given a soft, creamy counterpart by the combination of iris and jasmine in the heart note. The base of this fragrance is created by a delicately crafted combination of patchouli and cedarwood.
