It gently clears dirt from the skin by softening impurities without drying out the skin and softly exfoliating the skin without causing any irritation. At the same time, the product soothes the skin. How to use Kiehl's Daily Refining Milk-Peel Toner
For best results, use the toner in the morning and evening. Before using the toner, shake the bottle well so that the two-phase formula mixes thoroughly. Then soak a cotton wool pad with the toner and gently brush it over a clean, dry face. Avoid the eye area.
