The creation Sacred Wood from Kilian Paris is dedicated to the olfactory representation of precious sandalwood and captures its warm aura. As an integral part of "The Cellars" collection, the eau de parfum unfolds a multi-layered aroma developed by renowned perfumer Calice Becker. The fragrance journey begins with earthy and slightly spicy nuances of ambrette seed and carrot seed, which create a natural depth. This introduction flows smoothly into a complex heart in which the dominant sandalwood meets amyris and strong Atlas cedarwood. A special feature is the innovative accord of milk vapour, which lends the woody character a soft, almost creamy texture and evokes associations with traditional incense ceremonies. Balsams such as copahu and tolu as well as myrrh and frankincense deepen the composition and ensure a long-lasting, resinous finish with a moderate sillage. As sustainability is a high priority for the brand, this item is designed as a refill. The light yellow liquid in the transparent glass bottle can be precisely decanted into the original, black lacquered jewellery bottle using the integrated dispenser, thereby extending the life cycle of the luxury item.
