Sacred Wood by Kilian Paris unfolds with a warm and decidedly creamy aura and celebrates the mystical facet of pure sandalwood. Spicy and slightly earthy accents of ambrette and carrot seed introduce the olfactory experience before the composition devotes itself to its actual character. At the centre of the creation is an intense sandalwood accord, which is complemented by amyris and exudes a striking, almost milky and malty softness. This supple heart note blends harmoniously with a long-lasting base in which smoky cedarwood from the Atlas Mountains meets resinous myrrh and copaiba balsam. Designed by perfumer Calice Becker, this fragrance is part of "The Cellars" collection and is characterised by its balsamic depth and elegant woodiness. The black lacquered bottle perfectly emphasises the value of the contents: it bears the intricately engraved motif of the Achilles shield on the sides and a golden nameplate on the front, which creates a sophisticated contrast. The design is also consistently geared towards longevity, as the high-quality atomiser can be easily refilled, which underlines the brand's luxurious claim.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
