The Soap manufacturer Klar in Heidelberg has been around for over 180 years. This manufacturer produces high-quality, natural-based soaps. Most of these soap bars are palm oil-free and free from animal ingredients. Master soap maker Philipp Klar travelled the world and acquired valuable knowledge and skills in soap production. The Heidelberg native then opened his craft business to produce natural-based soaps. His sons Theobald, Klaus and Hans continue this soap-making tradition to this day. Years later, the family stepped up their advertising campaign. This enabled them to secure many new customers in southern Germany and later far beyond the region.
