Use
Use a fine brush to draw particularly precise lines.
1 Apply the cream liner across the lash line.
2 Join the line from the inner corner of the eye outwards.
3 Draw a line upwards and outwards using the lower lash line.
4 Draw diagonally back down from the tip of this line to connect the line across the lashes.
5 Fill in the gap between the two lash lines.
The HD Cream Liner can also be applied and blended over the eyelid using a soft blending brush as an eyeshadow base.
