The innovative PUPA Milano Vamp! Liquid Eyeshadow gives eye make-up a shimmering finish. It is a liquid eyeshadow with a light yet non-slip texture. This makes it quick and easy to apply. In addition, it is enriched with special polymers that fix the colour on the eyelid, although it is still easy to blend immediately after application. The Made in Italy eyeshadow is based on pigments, pearls and polymers and is clinically and ophthalmologically tested. Available in 12 different colour variants, it offers the right shade for every occasion.
How to use the PUPA Milano Vamp! Liquid Eyeshadow is applied
To ensure that the pigments are evenly distributed, shake the eyeshadow before each use. Apply a thin layer of eyeshadow to the eyelid using the applicator. Then blend it in with a brush or your fingertips. However, blending or mixing the eyeshadow only works while it is still wet. Once the eyeshadow has dried, the eye make-up is smudge-proof. To remove the liquid eyeshadow easily, you should use a two-phase make-up remover.
