PUPA Milano Lipliner

The PUPA Milano True Lips lip liner is a must-have in any well-stocked make-up bag. The True Lips Liner is dermatologist-tested and free from parabens and animal testing. The soft formula provides convincing and long-lasting coverage. Vitamins E and C provide the lips with a dose of antioxidants, while cottonseed oil moisturises the skin and leaves it feeling pleasantly smooth. Jojoba oil provides additional care. Start in the centre of the upper lip and frame the lip contour with a fine line. Repeat the process on the lower lip - this time starting from the outer corner of the mouth towards the centre. Then gently smudge the line inwards with the integrated blending applicator. For a natural finish, apply a gloss; for a sophisticated look, choose a lipstick.
