The PUPA Milano Eyeliner & Kajal Multiplay Eye Pencil acts as a precise eyeliner for defined contours, as a colour-intensive kajal for the waterline, and as a blendable eyeshadow for larger-scale accents. Its texture is characterised by a soft and creamy consistency, which ensures high colour payoff and makes application easier. The formula contains ingredients such as jojoba oil, cottonseed oil and vitamins E and C, which can help leave the skin feeling supple. For a smoky finish or soft transitions, there is an integrated applicator at the end of the pencil that makes blending the colour easier. The product, which is manufactured in Germany, is paraben-free and has been ophthalmologically tested.
