In order for your chosen eye cream to have the desired effect, it must be used regularly. The ideal time is in the morning or evening after cleansing your face. Start by applying a small amount of eye cream to the eyelid. Either pat the cream in or massage it in with your finger from the inside outwards. Then apply to the side and the area under the eyes.
