A special feature of Java vetiver is its smoky and earthy profile, which differs significantly from other varieties of this raw material. Perris Monte Carlo showcases this intense character in an eau de parfum that combines exciting contrasts. The opening surprises with a sparkling blend of Calabrian bergamot, grapefruit and the fine spice of Timur pepper. This is followed by the centrepiece of the composition, in which the characterful Java vetiver oil meets floral geranium absolute. This combination creates a harmonious balance between tart, almost burnt facets and fresh nuances. In the base, amber and musk provide a warm finish and give the fragrance a long-lasting presence. The design also reflects the high quality: a deep black, rectangular bottle is adorned with golden decorations featuring a repeating chain pattern. The cylindrical, golden cap picks up on this motif with a fine engraving reminiscent of an artfully intertwined knot. This creation is aimed at lovers of complex, woody fragrances who prefer an elegant yet striking look.
