Start with a large pea-sized amount (depending on the thickness and length of your hair). Rub this between your hands and smooth through the mid-lengths, ends and particularly stressed sections of your towel-dried hair. For optimum results, blow-dry the hair into shape. The hair can also be left to air dry. A small amount can also be applied to dry hair. Reapply after every other shampoo to intensify the effect. Ideally use after and between Philip Kingsley Elasticizer treatments to maximise the effect.
